Remote Access Control is een hulpprogramma om computers van de klant op afstand te bedienen via het internet of LAN. Dit programma is een van de weinige die de externe computer kan Reboot en nog steeds verbinding terug naar zichzelf zonder dat de gebruiker-interactie (via een in-build time-delay-functie). RAC werd gemaakt met de "Technicus" in het achterhoofd dat moet reparaties of het verwijderen van virussen van pc's op afstand te doen.
